The three tiny deers consist of Samuel, Leonie and their joyful and at times quite crazy cat Yuki. She is actually the only tiny one of the trio, but as we plan to build a tiny house in an area in the Jura which is called the valley of the deers (Le Creux-des-Biches) we deemed it a fit name.
This is our first blog. Please bear with us as we figure out about managing it and keeping you updated about our planing, preparing and building process as well as our thoughts around this transition. Once we have finished our build we will also share all our best tips and mistakes best to avoid with you and keep you informed about our experiences with living tiny.
As our readership is international, we will write in english – it’s the language we use to communicate with each other. If you have any questions about our project that you would rather ask in german or dutch, don’t hesitate to contact us! 🙂

A enthusiastic baker and eater of sweets, frequent daydreamer and discoverer of new hiking paths often together with Samuel, is for some reason especially happy to design the new bathroom.
Yuki
A happy cat companion – as long as there are bugs to hunt, stuff to climb and sunny spots to lay – who can’t wait to finally explore the great outdoors.
